Are Mallow products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. The majority of our range is vegan-friendly, and we clearly label any products containing ethically sourced beeswax or honey.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number and a link to our carrier's website to monitor your delivery in real-time.
What is your return policy for opened products?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. If you have an adverse reaction, please contact our support team.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Mallow ships to the United States, Canada, and the UK. We are working hard to expand our glow-to-your-door service to more countries soon.
